By purchasing any product from CinePlayer, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please review this document carefully as it outlines the policies governing your purchase, returns, refunds, and warranty claims. Once a purchase is completed, you are bound by these terms, which form a legal agreement between you ("the customer") and CinePlayer. All sales are considered final, and no returns are accepted unless the product is proven to have a manufacturer defect or damage caused during shipping. If a product is found to be defective upon receipt, you must provide clear evidence showing that the defect is due to a manufacturing issue. It is the responsibility of the customer to prove the defect’s origin if a return or warranty claim is to be considered. If the defect or damage is caused during shipping, you must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim, as CinePlayer is not responsible for issues arising during transit.
To initiate any return or claim for a defective product, you must notify CinePlayer within 14 calendar days of receiving the product. No claims or requests will be considered after this 14-day period. To proceed with a return, you are required to provide detailed photographic evidence of the defect or damage, along with proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt. The photos must clearly illustrate the issue, and any incomplete or unclear evidence may result in the rejection of your return request.
Products must be returned in their original condition, including all accessories, manuals, and packaging. Items showing signs of tampering, misuse, or accidental damage will not be eligible for return or warranty coverage. Additionally, CinePlayer will not accept returns for products damaged by improper handling or installation by the customer. If the return is approved, CinePlayer will process a replacement or repair based on the evaluation of the defect. Refunds will only be issued in cases where replacement or repair is not possible.
For issues caused by shipping, such as physical damage to the package or its contents, it is imperative that you contact the shipping carrier immediately to report the damage. CinePlayer is not liable for losses or damages occurring during transit and cannot process claims related to shipping issues.
These terms apply to all CinePlayer products unless otherwise explicitly stated. By completing your purchase, you confirm your acceptance of these policies and acknowledge that no exceptions will be made unless specifically approved in writing by CinePlayer. These terms may be updated from time to time, and it is your responsibility to review them prior to each purchase.
